About the Workouts
I’m a beginner. Can I do the workouts?
Absolutely! Our workouts are designed to be suitable for all levels: you can make it more challenging or easier by adjusting the weight / resistance that you use.
I don’t have access to any workout equipment. Can I still do the workouts?
Yes you can. All our workouts can be done using your bodyweight only, and we also provide alternatives in the last question of this section.
How long are the workouts?
Our workouts last approximately 30 minutes. This provides the perfect balance to enable you to give everything, while also being efficient with your time.
How many workouts will I complete each week?
Our Perky Peach and Lean Peach plans each include 3 workouts per week. We recommend taking at least 1 rest day between each workout.
If you want to challenge yourself even more, you can do both the Perky Peach and the Lean Peach plans.
Please note: the workouts will change each week. The new videos will be uploaded every Sunday for the following week.
What equipment do I need to do the workouts?
All our workouts can be done at home, which means that they require minimal equipment. You will only need a mat, mini resistance bands, weights and a step/chair. For alternatives, please see the last question of this section.
Please note: the workouts can also be done with your bodyweight only, and we recommend to focus more on your form than on the weight you’re using.
Which program is right for me?
You can choose between these two programs when you subscribe to the Peach Lab On Demand:
Perky Peach: this program is ideal if you’re looking to sculpt and lift your booty without adding size on your legs.
Lean Peach: this program is ideal if you’re looking to lose fat while shaping your glutes at the same time.
Please note: your subscription gives you access to both.
What alternative equipment can I use if I don’t own any weights or bands?
If you don’t have any equipment at home, you can either complete the workouts just with your bodyweight, or you can refer to the alternatives below:
- Dumbbells: Use water bottles or fill a backpack with books
- Resistance bands: Use stretchy tights or leggings that you tie together to a desired length to match those shown in our videos
- Step: Use a chair, bench or sofa
I’ve been working out regularly, will the workouts be too easy for me?

How do I subscribe?
When you click on the “Subscribe” button, you will be redirected to the Pricing page where you can choose between our Flexible monthly membership and our Dedicated yearly membership.
If you haven’t created your account yet, you will be asked to sign up. If you already signed up, you will just have to log in.
Once your payment is processed, the access to the programs will be unlocked.

How can I pay in my currency?
The price is displayed in USD but if you’re outside of the US, you will simply be charged in your own currency.
How can I access the videos?
The Peach Lab On Demand is a website, which means that you can access it on as many devices as you like - no need to download an app!
Once you’re logged in, you will have access to the Perky Peach and Lean Peach programs. All you will then have to do is choose the plan that suits you, select the first video, hit play and get ready to work out!
How do I cancel my membership?
Should you wish to cancel your membership, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your cancellation request. We’ll cancel your subscription and you will not be charged for the next billing cycle. You will still have access to the programs until your subscription expires.
